I SO enjoy cooking and finding new recipes to try and I never have a problem coming up with a main dish, but it is the sides that always stump me. My go-to is usually a steamer pack of broccoli or green beans- 5 minutes in the microwave, a little salt and pepper, and BAM side dish done.
Now don’t get me wrong- I love my green veggies (ever since going low-carb, these are a staple in my diet), but it is fun to mix it up, and that doesn’t necessarily mean finding something different to make, sometimes it just means spicing up what you are already cooking.
I haven’t had the chance to take pictures and write up the recipes that I have created on my own to spice up my veggies (I will get to it soon- I promise!), but I have complied recipes that I have found on other blogs that I have either tried or am dying to to try.
So hopefully next time you are stumped on what to pair with your delicious main course, you will get some inspiration here :)
